McArthur Independent Consulting (MIC) is a management consulting practice established to help businesses and individuals navigate away from the status quo and into a cleaner, healthier, and more resilient future.

Background
Kevin McArthur established MIC in 2022 as way to deploy his experience and skills to clients in a more effective way. For the past 18 years, he has specialized in the planning and implementation of transformational programs in the areas of sustainability and technology. He has successfully implemented programs for Public and Private sector clients in industries that span utilities, software, and finance. He has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and advising clients on strategic decisions.
